A parent or legal guardian will review the club’s approved Participation & Risk Acknowledgment, Emergency Care Consent, Code of Conduct, and Privacy Notice. Media permission and marketing permission are optional and separately recorded.
Safeguarding & coaching.
Before the first session, the club must confirm its safeguarding lead, coach screening and training requirements, reporting contact, supervision rules, emergency action plan and governing-body affiliation.
Your consent record.
The registration process records the document version, guardian name, signature, date and individual consent choices. Parents can see their player details in the portal and request changes to consent through the club.
