What the forms collect.
Interest forms collect guardian contact details and an age group. Career forms collect applicant contact details, experience and availability. Player registration collects guardian and player information, emergency contacts, participation support information and signed consent choices. Sponsorship enquiries collect business and contact details, a selected package and your message. Donation pledges collect contact details, the amount, a support preference and any optional recognition consent. Neither form collects payment-card details or publishes your information automatically.
How information is used.
Club staff use it to review registrations, organise programmes, communicate essential information, handle applications, review sponsorship enquiries and donation pledges, and support participation. Optional club news is sent only with a separate opt-in. Media permission is optional.
Where information goes.
Directus is the club’s planned secure record and content system. Cloudflare will serve the website and process form requests. Mattermost notifications contain only a submission type and reference; child details, contact details, health information and signatures are excluded.
Access and control.
Parents can access and update their own contact and player support details in the portal. Signed agreements are preserved as submitted. Contact details for correction, withdrawal, deletion and consent requests will be published before launch.
Cookies and storage.
Account sessions use essential, HTTP-only cookies. The website does not store player information in browser local storage. No advertising or analytics cookies are included.
